Alpha Epsilon Delta/Preprofessional Society for Health Careers
AED is a national pre-health honor society dedicated to the encouragement and recognition of excellence in scholarship. 


American Medical Student Association  
AMSA is a student-governed, national organization committed to representing the concerns of physicians-in-training.


American Red Cross Club
ARCC is a student organization that helps with campus blood drives, donations for the Red Cross, and community service for the East Lansing area.


 

Aspiring Black Women Doctors
Bringing African American women together on MSU'S campus to discuss the experiences of being a black woman in the medical field. We aim to work together to prepare for medical school by developing programs and events geared towards this. As well as to advocate for the education and advancement of women in the medical field.


Biomedical Engineering Society
BMES is the national professional society for biomedical engineering and bioengineering. MSU students in any major are eligible to join the MSU chapter of BMES.


Camp Kesem
Camp Kesem is a national organization, driven by passionate college student leaders, supporting children through and beyond their parent’s cancer. The MSU chapter supports children within the Michigan community by providing a week-long summer camp experience and year-long peer support.


CHAARG
Changing Health, Attitudes, & Actions to Recreate Girls (CHAARG) is a national organization that aims to ignite passion in college-aged women for health and fitness.


CLUED
CLUED is a non-profit organization created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is created and fully run by undergraduate students hoping to make online learning a little bit easier for fellow undergraduate students. Our services include free videos on STEM and language course content as well as a committee of students dedicated to maintaining physical and mental health.


College Diabetes Network
CDN MSU is a chapter of the College Diabetes Network, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower and improve the lives of college students living with Type 1 diabetes.


Cure Found
Cure Found is committed to offering top-tier pre-medical opportunities geared towards learning more about pulmonary medicine and Cystic Fibrosis. Additionally, we offer hands-on events such as suture clinics, dissection labs, auscultation events, IV injection labs, and more! Visit curefoundmsu.org to learn more.


Dance Marathon
DM is a student-run, non-profit organization that raises awareness for children and young adults at The Cassie Hines Shoes Cancer Foundation and the Sparrow Children's Center.


Global Brigades
MSU Global Brigades is a chapter of Global Brigades, an international non-profit that empowers communities to meet their health and economic goals through university volunteers and local teams. The MSU chapter includes a medical/dental brigade and a public health brigade.


Human Biology Club
MSU HBC is a student organization that provides academic & career resources & volunteer opportunities to students interested in health-related careers. You need not be a human biology major to be involved: All majors are welcome. 


Kids Without Cancer
Kids Without Cancer at MSU is a registered non-profit, student organization that does fundraising and volunteer events for pediatric cancer research.


MEDLIFE
MEDLIFE is a national organization that improves the lives of the impoverished through fundraising, raising awareness, and participating in service abroad.


Minority Association for Pre-Medical Students
MAPS is a national organization founded by the Student National Medical Association. The MSU chapter addresses the needs of minority pre-medical students: encouraging academic excellence, engaging in service and promoting cultural competence.


Minority Pre-Pharmacy Organization 

The ALJ (Anna Louise James) Minority Pre-Pharmacy Organization welcomes students from diverse backgrounds who are interested in the pharmaceutical field. They provide information about becoming a pharmacist or pharmaceutical scientist, as well as networking opportunities and graduate school information.


MSU Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIM-OC)

The EIM-OC student organization strives to improve the well-being of our campus through promotion & education of physical activity in everyday life! Opportunities for involvement include outreach, education, leadership and social engagement. Join anytime! All students are welcome!


MSU Jewish Pre-Health Association

The Jewish Pre-Health Student Association aims to be a student organization for all students entering the health field, including Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental, Pre-Nursing, Nursing, Pre-Physicians Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and any other health-related profession.


MSU Relay
MSU Relay is a chapter of the American Cancer Society’s Colleges Against Cancer national organization.


MSU Science Theatre
Welcome to MSU Science Theatre! We are a student organization dedicated to getting kids interested in science. We do this by going around to their schools and performing eye catching science experiments, while explaining the science behind the experiment in a way they can understand. Getting kids to pay attention to difficult topics like math and science is hard, but not when you're on stage with a giant flame tube playing music. If you have a love of science and want to share it with the next generation, come join us!


National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association
NSSLHA is a national organization for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in the study of speech-language pathology and/or audiology.


Pre-Dental Club
MSU PDC is a student organization committed to providing knowledge and information to all students regarding the dental profession as well as the dental school application process. 


Pre-Medical Association
MSU PMA is a student organization aiming to provide undergraduates with the opportunities and information needed to be a successful medical school applicant.


Pre-Optometry Club
MSU POC is a student organization gives members an opportunity to become more knowledgeable about their choices of optometry graduate programs and how to be a well-qualified applicant.


Pre-Pharmacy Club
MSU PPC is a student organization that educates and guides members in the field of pharmacy and the application process.


Pre-Physical/Occupational Therapy Association
MSU PPOTA is a student organization at Michigan State University open to any and all undergraduate students who are interested in becoming a Physical or Occupational Therapist.


Pre-Physician Assistant Club
The Pre-PA Club is a student organization that provides students with learning experiences in the medical field through community service and opportunities to meet and shadow Physician Assistants. 


Pre-Physician Association
MSU Pre-Physician Association is a student organization that provides students with an introduction to the skills and knowledge necessary for becoming a successful physician.


Pre-Student Osteopathic Medical Association
Pre-SOMA is a national organization founded by the Student Osteopathic Medical Association. The MSU chapter educates the community about osteopathic medicine and the philosophy of osteopathy.


Professional Asian Student Association
PASA is a student organization that is devoted to enhancing student success- both academically and professionally- by fostering unity and strengthening ties among students within the Asian community at Michigan State University. PASA is passionate in building diverse relationships within the Asian community and is committed to helping students navigate the college experience by encouraging academic excellence, engaging in career-building seminars and workshops, and promoting diversity and inclusion. *Note: PASA is open to all interested MSU students.


St. Jude Ambassadors (Formerly Up 'til Dawn)
St. Jude Ambassadors is a nationwide student-led philanthropic program in which college students raise funds for and awareness of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.


Spartans For Global Development
SGD is a student organization affiliated with the MSU Institute of International Health and is committed to global health and development by raising material and monetary support for impoverished villages worldwide.


Spartans For The Cure
Spartans for the Cure™ is a student organization founded in partnership with the Mid-Michigan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and exists to spread breast cancer awareness throughout MSU’s campus and the East Lansing community.


Stars For The Make-A-Wish Foundation
MSU Stars is a student organization that works to enhance the lives of children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses through the inspirational, motivational, and financial support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.


Student Health Advisory Council
SHAC works to ensure the student voice is heard and accounted for by Student Health Services and MSU's Administration and makes recommendations according to student's needs, values and opinions.


StudentsCare
StudentsCare is a nonprofit organization aimed at empowering college students to engage in meaningful volunteer experiences and care for others. The MSU Chapter's featured program is a Hospital Buddy Program, which facilitates a meaningful connection between college students and hospitalized children and their families. 


Undergraduate Student National Dental Association (USNDA)
USNDA is passionate about developing relationships between pre-dental students and those who have progressed in the profession while aiming to increase diversity within the dental field. We welcome anyone who is interested in learning more about our goals and what dentistry has to offer!


University Blood Initiative
University Blood Initiative (UBI) offers ways and means for local blood centers to supplement their recruitment efforts and enhance their internal processes to better engage with larger pools of potential donors. With the purpose of achieving a sustainable blood supply for the good of all, UBI’s mission is to establish a collaborative network of strong, local, and independent blood centers constantly at the cutting  edge of society, systems, science, and social and public policy. UBI’s mission is therefore motivated by its desire to provide for, support, and give back to those in need of blood by providing solutions to the current issues plaguing the world’s blood systems. This charitable and social mission is informed by UBI’s vision to revolutionize the blood world. Together, we will end blood  shortages to prevent more unnecessary deaths. The purpose of this UBI Chapter - Michigan State University Blood Initiative (MSUBI) - is to empower the local community blood center, Versiti, and begin shifting blood donation back to the local, instead of the national, scale. MSUBI is a proud partner of Versiti!
